The Magnetic Pad Light is an ultra light weight making this pad great as a pillow insert, or laying in your bed, sofa, a chair or for traveling. It has 40 -800 Gauss magnets, marked Dr. Sierra Magnet North (Negative) Magnetic energy on one side. This is the side to lay upon.
