A cannabis oil of industrial hemp that is abundant in naturally occurring cannabinoids, terpenes, vitamins, omega fatty acids, trace minerals and other beneficial components, emulsified in organic hemp seed oil.
What is Hemp oil? What is cannabidiol?
Cannabidiol is a naturally occurring constituent of industrial hemp/cannabis. Its formula is C21H30O2 and it has a molecular mass of 314.4636. Cannabidiol is the most abundant non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis, commonly consumed to support overall health and wellness. (The word ‘cannabis’ is the scientific genus name for both industrial hemp and marijuana; there are genetic and legal differences between the two, and we only use agricultural hemp in our products.)
‘CBD oil’ is a cannabis oil that has significant amounts of cannabidiol (CBD) contained within it. We prefer using the phrase Hemp Extract because we feel it more appropriately describes our products, which contain hundreds of active constituents besides cannabidiol.

Hemp Extract
Because the extraction used to make our oils yields a full spectrum extract, our hemp extracts contain over 80 different phyto-cannabinoids, including CBC, CBG, CBG-A, CBC-A, CBN and many others (and yes, our Hemp Plus Blend product happens to naturally contain high levels of cannabidiol (CBD) because it’s made from a full spectrum hemp extract). In addition to the cannabinoids naturally present in our industrial hemp extracts, there are also many other types of natural molecules such as amino acids, carbohydrates, vitamins (including B1, B2, B6, D), fatty acids (including omega 3 & 6), trace minerals (including iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium, potassium), beta-carotene, chlorophyll, flavanoids, ketones, nitrogenous compounds, alkanes, glycosides, pigments, water, and terpenes. The most common terpenes in our hemp cannabis oil are Myrcene, Beta-caryophyllene, Terpinolene, Linalool, alpha-Pinene, beta-Pinene, Nerolidol og Phytol, trans-alpha-Bergamotene, Limonene/ beta-Phellandrene (Co-elution), and alpha-Humulene.
We’ve systematically sought out the most beautiful and healthy hemp cultivars for our raw ingredients used in manufacturing, and we always test for purity and potency. Hemp, because of it’s innate ability to thrive so easily doesn’t require pesticides (the aromatic terpene compounds in hemp can actually act as natural pesticides), fertilizers, or herbicides in it’s cultivation, and requires much less water than standard commercial farming. The hemp we use is grown under the same methods and standards of organic farming.
To determine the purity and potency of every batch of Hemp cannabis oil each individual extraction is analyzed through a High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) system, a Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) system, and other methods to test for aerobic organisms, yeast, fungus, E. coli, pesticides, heavy toxic metals, cannabinoid potency, and terpenes.
Organic Virgin Hemp Seed Oil
Hemp oil cold pressed from hemp seeds grown in Canada. This hemp oil is also from an industrial hemp variety of Cannabis sativa, which doesn’t require herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers. Hemp oil is considered to be very nutritious with an ideal profile of omega 3 and 6, but the main purpose for it being in our blend is to have a base oil to emulsify the hemp extract in to.
CBD (Cannabidiol) is classified as a nutritional supplement and therefore is not marketed or promoted for the cure or treatment of any disease under the federal laws of the United States of America. In accordance with federal regulations, we cannot make health claims regarding our dietary supplement products. We can only recommend our products for general wellness. However, thousands of studies or medical research that has been done on CBD used in clinical practice indicates that its use can help: reduce and prevent inflammation, analgesic against neuropathic pain and muscle spasms, anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, for Rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, nausea, diabetes, epilepsy, seizures, cardiovascular diseases, neuroprotective, vasodilator, alcoholism, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, antipsychotic, anxiolytic, even a means to stimulate bone growth, including those which are traditionally more difficult of dealing with other medicines, even pharmaceutically.*
