🧲 How to Use — Choose Your Polarity

⬆️ North Pole Plain Side (Adhesive Side = SOUTH)

• Stick/glue the South adhesive side to the surface of a coaster to leave on permanently — rest your glass or bottle on top.
• Or carry it anywhere so the NORTH side faces up toward your drink.
• For spot therapy: direct the North (−) side toward the area of your body that needs attention. Center the magnet over the desired area.
• You can place the 3" × 3" square inside your pant pocket.
• Idea: Attach a couple of 3" × 3" squares (South side) to a cushion foam — the Bio-North will face the body for therapeutic use.

⬇️ South Pole Plain Side (Adhesive Side = NORTH)

• Stick/glue the North adhesive side to the bottom of a coaster, or a BPA-free water tumbler or stainless steel flask — making it magnetic!
• North side will face permanently inward/downward.
• If adhering to this type of container, avoid soaking in water as it may reduce adhesion.

⏱️ How Long to Use

• Water: Wait 5 minutes before consuming the magnetized liquid.
• Body therapy: Use as often as needed — 30 to 60 minutes, several times a day per area. Continuous use provides ongoing benefit.
