Shipping Disclaimer
At Health Magnetic Store & More, we strive to ensure your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner. While we cannot control the United States Postal Service or any other shipping carrier, we do everything possible to assist our customers. We provide tracking numbers and offer insured shipping services to protect you in the event of a lost or damaged parcel.
All orders are shipped from San Juan, PR.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Orders may be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage®, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail Flat Rate, Express Mail International, and Island Wide Express. Depending on the method selected, domestic shipping may take 2–7 business days. Please note that delivery times are determined by the carrier, not by us.
Orders are typically processed within hours of payment confirmation, on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express at checkout.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Large and/or heavy items (including pillows and PEMF devices) require special handling and may incur additional shipping charges. We will notify you before fulfilling your order if extra fees apply.
Shipping Method Verification
We reserve the right to verify and adjust the shipping method selected at checkout. If a method is chosen that does not meet carrier requirements for your items — for example, Media Mail selected for non-media products such as pillows, magnets, or wellness accessories — we will contact you to collect the appropriate shipping fee before your order is fulfilled. Media Mail is restricted to books, educational materials, and qualifying media items only.
We reserve the right to hold a shipment until the correct shipping fee has been received.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is offered via USPS Ground Advantage® (3–5 business days) on eligible orders of $100.00 or more.
The following are excluded from free shipping offers and will be charged based on actual carrier rates:
- Heavy or oversized items, including pillows and PEMF devices
- Wholesale orders (see below)
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and international destinations
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping. If the system applies free shipping at checkout, please select Local Pickup instead. Otherwise, we will send a separate invoice for the applicable shipping cost.
Delays & Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email and contact the carrier directly for assistance. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather-related events
- Carrier operational delays
- High shipping volumes during peak seasons
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
Parcels cannot be claimed as lost once the carrier has marked them as delivered. All shipping inquiries, complaints, and damage claims must be filed directly with the appropriate shipping carrier.
International Orders & Import Policy
Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not collected by us at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable charges.
For orders under €150, VAT may be collected at the point of sale in some EU countries — please check with your local customs office for details.
The buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited items, taxes, tariffs, fees, and duties. These charges are outside our control. If such charges are levied, you are responsible for paying them.
