What's Included

• 2 × N-1 Magnets — High-strength ceramic block magnets for shoulders, back, knees, and larger body areas

How to Use

All magnets must face North (Bio-Negative) polarity toward your body.

1. Lie face up on your bed with a low, comfortable neck pillow.
2. Place one N-1 under each shoulder.
3. Center the N-2 under your lower back.
4. Put on the Neck Band and Eye Shield.
5. Hold one Hand Cylinder in each hand.
6. Relax for 15 to 45 minutes — daily if possible.

Variations & Placement Tips

• Place an N-1 under each knee, ankle, or any area of discomfort
• N-1 above the abdomen for solar plexus or GI support
• N-2 in the upper back when needed
• If seated: rest each foot on an N-1, sit above the N-2 under a cushion, and hold cylinders in each hand
• Neck Band can be worn ambulatory throughout the day

Choosing Your Neck Band Size

Measure from the side of the trachea — the band should not cover it. Available in 9", 10", 11", 12", 14", and 15".

Important: N-1, N-2, and Hand Cylinder magnets are strong. Keep away from other metals, electronic devices, and credit cards. Ceramic magnets may break or chip if dropped — strength and polarity will not be affected.
