The device works in the frequency range from 1 to 99 Hz and it has three different programs. 

• *P1: frequency gradually increases from 3 Hz to 38 Hz and then drops back

IMPORTANT: The Mini Mat is required to be plugged in to your home power supply. The mat is NOT battery operated.
