How I Travel Across Europe with Magnets, PEMF & Supplements (My Full Packing List)

This month, my husband and I are traveling across Europe celebrating two very special milestones: our 40th wedding anniversary and my 65th birthday.

And yes—you better believe my magnets and supplements came with me.

After decades of traveling with biomagnetism as part of my daily routine, I never leave home without them. In fact, this trip feels like the perfect time to answer some of the travel questions I get asked most often.

1. "Can I fly with my magnets?"

Absolutely. Over the years, I've traveled throughout the United States, Europe, South America, and beyond with magnets in both my checked luggage and my carry-on bag. I've personally never had any issues going through airport security.

2. "How many magnets should I bring?"

Everyone travels differently, but here's what usually comes with me:

I also travel with two PEMF devices:

  • Portable OMI PEMF MiniMat, which travels inside my suitcase
  • Mini Kloud PEMF, which I use while relaxing in the hotel, on flights, or even right now as I write this article from a train crossing Europe

3. "What do you actually use them for while traveling?"

Sleep is probably the biggest reason.

Long flights, different hotel beds, changing time zones, and busy travel days can all disrupt your normal routine.

I personally use my magnets and PEMF devices to help me relax, support restful sleep, encourage circulation during long travel days, and stay comfortable while away from home.

So, I keep my morning routine 20-30 minutes of PEMF therapy to kick the day.

After a day of sightseeing, walking, and exploring, I also enjoy using PEMF while resting before dinner or before going to bed.

Traveling can be hard on the body

As much as I love traveling, it can throw your body out of rhythm.

Long periods of sitting, unfamiliar foods, changing schedules, time zone shifts, and travel stress are all part of the adventure.

For me, magnets and PEMF have become one of the simplest ways to maintain consistency wherever I am in the world.

And yes… my supplements travel with me too.

Along with my magnets and PEMF devices, I always bring the supplements that are part of my daily routine. For this trip, my travel supplement kit included:

Anti-inflammatory & pain support:

Bone, joint & structural support:

Digestive & gut health:

Immune & respiratory support:

Metabolic & specialty support:

Topical & skin:

I also packed a few additional essentials in travel bags to save space and keep everything organized.

I've had a routine since my 30's to take a Proteozyme capsule and a Flax Seed Oil softgel as soon as I wake up, and for the last 10–15 years I also added Turmeric, a Garlic & Oregano supplement, (my Yeast Fungi) and a Gluten Dairy Digest digestive aid to enjoy foods that may contain gluten or dairy. These are pre-packed for our days on vacation.

And remember, my husband is included in these supplements too, so what you see here is for both of us.

Would you believe he's about to turn 66 and has no need for any medication? Neither do I. Even with hereditary health issues in both of our families.

I'm not suggesting this is everyone's story. I'm simply sharing ours.

For decades, we've made nutrition, supplements, magnets, PEMF, movement, and healthy lifestyle habits a priority, whether we're at home or traveling around the world.

As we celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and my 65th birthday traveling across Europe, I'm grateful that these habits continue to be part of our daily lives.

After many years of traveling, I've learned that staying consistent with the wellness habits I follow at home helps me feel my best wherever I go.

Safe travels—and don't leave your wellness routine at home.
